Memory card unlocker is it allowed selling

Hi , all other eBay members experienced eBay sellers & eBay pinks if any still existent, well i went through all the restricted items list, but Memory card unlocker which helps recover memory cards from lost passwords ,can we list the same or not , please advise.

Well tey say its related to mobile phone unlocking, now who will pour in sense to them, that memory card unlocking is not mobile phone unlocking, and we are not breaking any network related agreements.

List it and mail support desk with the listing details asking them not to remove it as this doesn't come under any policy violation or Law infringement.

you should not have asked them..if you ask they will see all the more.
memory and phone are too diffrent things.why did you ask them..
now i think u should not list them,since they said no.
it was your mistake u asked them when you knew you doing no wrong

They say memory card unlocker itself is not illegal but it helps in promoting by using it illegal activity, well persons who interpret policies of trust and safety are like brainless adjudicators, they cannot explain their policies but well they do bullying.

But what illegal activity under any ipc or any indian law could usage of memory card unlocker do, then they should ban even selling staplers as one can kill some person with it, and what about swords or knives ??? Or ban selling computers they could help in making viruses, which is illegal, ban laptops , and mobile phones well they can be used in lot of illegal activities like extortion calls, eve teasing etc, and tresspass of privacy by their mobile phone cameras, why do`t they ban this also.

Stupid answer as memory card unlocker in directly helps in illegal activity.

Hope you have listed it and mailed them Not-To-Act on the listing. Put a CC to your Account Manager/Assistant (eBay).

You can ask them for any references showing that sale of Memory unlocking as illegal.
