Local Pick-up with PayPal Payment

Do I have to accept PayPal on a "Local Pick-up Only" item? As I understand the rules, I must accept PayPay except for those items specifically excluded such as ebay Motors. I have read about scams where buyer pays for item using PayPal, does the Local Pick-up and then claims non-receipt of item and gets his PayPal payment back. Seems like I should be able to specify cash only at time of pick-up on a Local Pick-up Only item? Thanks.

Dear artbuc,

You require to accept PayPal only when you are selling your products world wide.

If you want to list your item as "Local Pick-up Only", you will have to select the default "PaisaPay" payment option which is mandatory on eBay India.

You can add more than one payment option if you want to. But, personally I feel that shipping via courier is always the safest option rather than pick-up.
