Why do you have to maintain a 100% feedback?

Just keep on giving better pre sales service by giving all info about the item you are selling and post sales service by communicating with the buyer regularly till he receives the item and is satisfied and happy with the same. You will never have any threat of maintaining your 100% feedback as the buyer will surely leave you a positive feedback in that case.

At what % of negative feed back, ebay removes the "Most trusted seller" badge ?

Right now Iam on 99.6% or so. But due to recent lost incoming shipments from abroad forced to refund Paid & cancel cod -20 orders or so in total . After all the explanation, still some buyers are still upset.
