KYC DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED , No reply from ebay , registration pending for last 1 month

I have submitted KYC documents (aadhaar card and drivers license) .

I never get any reply from ebay , i have submitted more than 3 - 4 times , still no reply.

Its like the customer care does not exist.

My paisapay registration is on prolonged hold and funds arent being transferred to bank.

Kindly anyone suggest me what to do. This is freaking me out , as i need the funds to carry out further business.

You have to call ebay multiple times and remind them and better get a reference number for your complain.i had a hold on for remittance for 15 days after submitting all documents.

The phone lines are always busy , wait times range anywhere from 30 mins - 90 mins. when call connects they abruptly end call.

Same is with chats. ridiculously long wait times.

To understand the situation they take another 15-20 mins.

My emails never get a reply either from paisapay or ebay CCD.

PATHETIC COMPANY. 

This is india. Ebay is such a big company in the US.  Other smaller companies here in india have better CCD.

Kindly suggest how i can get the matter escalated.

The company hasnt improved in any way even after Mr Latif tookover.
