Hello sir, i am trying to sell my phone on ebay auction. One buyer kept outbidding other, eventually, he won the bid by 18k, but upon contacting him for the payment, he doesn't respond. Looks like it's a total waste of time because there's no way to tell buyer is actually committed to buying or just having fun -- because he can.
Today after reviewing some other auctions, i finally understood that ebay auction is nothing but joke. Take a look at this listing :

I mean people are bidding Rs. 252,000 for a used iphone 6s. I mean common, that's clearly the biggest joke running right now on ebay and ebay is ok with it?
