Dear eBay Team, I have purchased an item in trail mail. I found that product not workable as attached in pdf with mail for reference. I appreciate the effort from eBay to resolve the issue and provide me the refund in form of coupon with 110% of purchase amount and that was Rs. 575/- I have redeem successfully this coupon for my purchase of partial amount Rs. 498/- out of Rs 575/- but now I am facing a problem as I am using this coupon to redeem the rest of amount Rs. 77/- then coupon is not working with the message that “ the coupon is already is redeemed” how it is then the amount is still pending to redeem..
