If I sell item to an individual who is outside India. I ship it through India Post.
a. Item gets stuck with their customs as buyer don't have import code, what needs to be done? What happens to my item? Will eBay refund the money to buyer? And will I loose my item held with customs?
b. Take another case, Customs ask the buyer some $10 for the item bought at $10 and buyer don't want to pay the customs. What happens to my item? What happens to the money paid by buyer?
Same way, if I buy item on eBay from other country sellers and if I don't have import code and is stuck with customs, how to get them released? What happens to my money paid to seller if customs is not releasing the item?
