Do we require to fulfill export formalities on Intl. sale through ebay?

Like in exports we have to submit the original invoice, Customs copy, air way bill copy and SDF forms to my banker where our intl. payments are credited.

On submitting these forms they issue us FIRC. That means that the payments was against export.

Similarly do we have to follow these procedures on intl. sale through Ebay India as well?

I shall be highly thankful to anybody clarifing the above.

I have noticed that you are already registered with eBay USA and selling Internationally.

You may get registered in eBay India and sell your product Internationally too. You will save lot money in listing your products as compared to ebay.com, there is no paper work for doing so. Just register and start selling worldwide. The International listing fee is Rs. 15 per item for 7 days and NO Insertion fee.
