How to respond to false claims by buyer?

Recently I shipped used but in very good condition item to a buyer.

The buyer raises a flase claim that the item does not work, full details I have posted in other thread on this discussion board.

 

I want to know how a seller can respond to such claims in ebay guarantee?

on that page I can see following.

There is no place for me to write or respond anything.
 
How can I respond? becuase on ebay they say that seller has to respond within 10 days otherwise I loose.
 
But there is no box or button to respond.

How to respond to false claims by buyer?

You did not follow, that is the joke, ebay has purposely not given any reply box because for ebay buyer is God and seller is a dog.
