Recently I shipped used but in very good condition item to a buyer.
The buyer raises a flase claim that the item does not work, full details I have posted in other thread on this discussion board.
I want to know how a seller can respond to such claims in ebay guarantee?
on that page I can see following.

There is no place for me to write or respond anything.
How can I respond? becuase on ebay they say that seller has to respond within 10 days otherwise I loose.
But there is no box or button to respond.
