i m very old user of ebay and i purchase many things from ebay but i dont know what is happening in ebay now a days very very poor service and very disatifsfy with ebay
i purchase samsung galaxy s2 with coupan code ganesha and i should get external harddisk and though more than 2 month gone no responce from ebay customer support i tried to conact them more than 5 times but as usual same answer "we will send you very soon please wait"

Purchased item no 280973037720 using PGANESHA04 gift code.my paisapay id is 32273716389. I have not received my gift(transcend 500 gb hdd).Normally I receive gifts within 20 days of buying. May I know why this deviation this time? Please care to update me about my gift status.i even didnt recieve a single mail regarding this gift .

Is it not possible to intimate us through email/sms when you send the gifts? Sending info about courier details and dispatch date will enable us to track our gift online. This practice will make the system more transparent too.
