A buyer from eBay UK bought a laptop from our eBay shop & wanted us to deliver it to an address in India. He paid for the item using PaisaPay & everything was going smoothly. Then we received a 'Bid Cancellation' notice from eBay. And following the instructions we did not ship the product & also informed the customer about the same. But the customer kept forcing us to deliver the product & ignore the bid cancellation notice from eBay. We refused to do so & the system initiated the refund for the product.
But to our surprise now the buyer has canceled the refund & the money has been credited to our PaisaPay Account. We believe there is some fraud going on from this buyers end. We sent a mail to Trust & Security Team as about looking into this transaction & refunding the money.
This buyer has now also filed a "Item Significantly Not as Described Case" against us. He is now tying to blackmail us to get the product delivered.
He has made complete mockery of the eBay system & is hurting our eBay business by initiating a non-genuine 'buyer dis-satisfaction case' against us.

I also got a mail.What happens really?Can the seller still send an invoice?Can the buyer still pay?By PaisaPay?
