This is a very complicated case that haven`t heppened to me yet.It is a type of FRAUD CASE and Plz help to solve this case or Suggestions welcomed.
FRAUD CASE:
We all know that NOKIA 6610i is the upgrade Version of NOKIA 6610. We can change NOKIA 6610 to NOKIA 6610i or Nokia 6610i to NOKIA 6610 with Replacement Panel right.The NOKIA 6610 will Look same as NOKIA 6610i or NOKIA 6610i will look same as NOKIA 6610 with Replacement Panel.I mean to say Nokia 6610i panel fits in NOKIA 6610.
Now the FRAUD CASE STARTS:
Suppose I had purchased the NOKIA 6610i. I had send the payment and the Seller sended me the Product. When i recieved the product what i see. The Handset is not NOKIA 6610i, it is NOKIA 6610. The seller says he sent NOKIA 6610i So how i recieve NOKIA 6610.From my side there was no fault.From seller side - He sent NOKIA 6610i. Then i tell him to give my MONEY BACK. He said again that he sent NOKIA 6610i not NOKIA 6610. Then what should i do becoz i didn`t recieved NOKIA 6610i, i recieved only NOKIA 6610. As he make me fool by changing the Panel of 6610 to 6610i.He will send money back only when i will send him NOKIA 6610i (But i haven`t recieved NOKIA 6610i).Now please help me and Explain me how to handle this Seller.What EBAY will do in such Cases.AS there was no FAULT of buyer.
