Few questions regarding guarantee claim

There are 2 claims raised against us.

 

 

1.     Claim says that buyer has attached the pictures. Where can we see those pictures?

2.     Buyer has received the products more than a week ago. How can I be sure that he received the damaged product and not damaged during usage?

3.     As buyer has ordered 3 Quantities and agrees that 2 of them are fine. Will the refund will be for all 3 or just 1?

 

 

 

In general,

1.     Shouldn’t the buyer send the product back to me to get the refund or replacement? Who should bear the return shipping charges?

2.     I also have cases when user has given us incorrect address and the packet comes back to us. Now user wants it to be sent on modified address.

 

We have already paid for shipping once. It is extra cost because of buyers mistake.
