FEEDBACK ISSUE: INTRIM SOLUTION

I WOULD LIKE TO PROPOSE A INTRIM SOLUTION OF FEEDBACK ISSUE WITH WHICH ALL EBAY SELLERS ARE GOING ON:

1. BUYERS WHO HAVE PAID THROUGH PAISAPAY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TO SELLER. IF BUYER HAS PAID THROUGH OTHER PAYMENT METHOD AND CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF PAYMENT, ONLY THEN HE MAY LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.

2. NEUTRAL FEEDBACK OPTION SHOULD BE REMOVED PERMANENTLY FROM NOW ON, AS IT CREATES CONFUSION FOR NEW EBAY BUYERS. THEY MAY SIMPLY LEAVE NEUTRAL FEEDBACK TO SELLER WITHOUT KNOWING THAT IT WILL EFFECT SELLER'S RATING PERCENTAGE.

3. IF 100% REFUND HAS BEEN MADE BY SELLER TO BUYER DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF STOCK, NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SHOULD BE REMOVED AUTOMATICALLY

4. EBAY SHOULD PROVIDE INFORMATION TO BUYERS IN PERCENTAGE ABOUT REFUNDS MADE BY SELLER DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF STOCK

I feel the only change required is for whichever transactions there has been a FVF credit given (either by UPI process or manually) the Feedback should be withdrawn.
