first let me tell to you about my ebay account :
i was in ebay since 4 months . i have sold a listing before and also bought an item ,so totally i have two positive feedbacks and it was 100% .
about my account restriction :
before a week i have listed 10 to 12 brand new imported mobile phoneswithout warranty for sale .after few days ebay sent a mail that my account was restricted and was asked to send a proof of my identity ,address proof and merchandise invoice .
i do not have a merchandise invoice and the guy who is selling to me says that he does not have a merchandise invoice to provide
so i have sent scanned copy of my identity and address proofs to "inappeals@ebay.in" and also have informed on the merchandise invoice .
i was said that i will get a reply within 48 hoours .but i did not get any notification from ebay .
if i cannot sell with a merchandise invoice ,can i sell used items without merchandise invoice ?
i want my ebay account to be unrestricted so that i can enjoy selling and buying on ebay as before .
waiting for a positive reply from you guys and also from ebay .
