Ebay is not cooperation ....What to Do?Even Buyers are satisfied.

Pls share my bitter expereince & be prepare for worst if u r a honest seller .

1] Buyer inform u about some problem in hitech item .....since he finds himself unable to understand item functions.

2] He play with the item does all type of experiment as per his wish....& due to misoperation item gets faulty or semi faulty ....& buyer does not happy.

3] Buyer opens the dispute & stops responding after 1-2 times......either he files claim or gives negative feedback.

4] Seller after communication with buyer try level best to solve the dispute, rufund towards claim but buyer dont know how to close the dispute & does not follow the sellers instructions even after getting the refund.

5] seller becomes shuttle cock between ebay & buyer & pray god to be listened him by ebay.

6] Ebay restrict seller to relist or withdraw many other facility........live on the mercy of the ebay.

NOW SELLER WHAT CAN DO.......WHERE TO GO & WHOM TO APPEAL????.............BETTER TO QUIT EBAY & SELL THRU SOME OTEHRS.

Hi Tks ,

All sellers are in the same boat and will wither quit or get restricted / suspended , this is where its all heading to right now , even simple Neutral feedbacks like " good product " are not being removed currently .

And SNP violations are knocking the door of the sellers .

Moreover SNP ration now is 5% of last 1 month and not 90 days as calculated previously .
