Dear Members
I have booked an order for remote area and ship through Indian speed post. After one week buyer send me mail that he has received a broken piece. I confirmed that we are sending new piece to you for free replacement without asking any proof. Next day I send the shipment and provide the shipment details to buyer by sms and mail . Next morning I got surprised that buyer filed a claim for refund under ebay guarantee. I tried to call buyer but he never received my call. Ebay team issued the refund without asking my views. I also send a mail that I have already done free replacement. I have loosed my hard earn money.
I wait thousand of rupees monthly in ebay false claim. There is no option for seller protection.
Please guide me some experience member how to deal with buyer claim.
