I bought a 40inch LED TV on eBay and it was found to be damaged on delivery. So I lodged a claim on eBay

Even after 20 days they r not able to provide any refund or replacement. The customer care just tells us to wait and wait as if we don't have any other work to do..I will lodge a police complaint for fraud and misrepresentation if I do not receive a proper reply on this issue.
