My very bad experince with ebay Claim
I was sold one item item id 252169776271 on 14th Nov, 2015. In listing i clearly mentioned that item is purely for
FOR PARTS OR REPAIR
even before purchase i told buyer clearly with ebay message that item is purely for PARTS and i do not know what is avaieble inside or not.
but buyer after 15 days open a claim by saying item is not described and he already opened phone for R & D at repair shop.
I told this to ebay but finally ebay take care of buyer and approved his claim.
now i am really surprised that i sold item for PARTS or REPAIR and buyer opened the phone at repair shop and ebay claim adjustor approved buyer claim. it is really fishy for me.
i already mailed them at insellerverification and inappeals@ebay.com
but i am fooled by ebay.....very bad experince
