I have raised a complain on 13th may 2014 vide complain no.501765. ebay support team has tried to contact me to sort out the complain but I was travelling out of city and was not able to check my mails and missed few calls. on 20th may suddenly i got a revert that your complain is closed due to no response. I have told my reason but they are not re-opening the case. On discussion through phone they transferred calls 3 times and each time i was put on hold for minimum of 10 minutes. actually they want customers to cut the line. E bay is a cheater. never buy through ebay. below standard products quality, below standard customer service. the product delivered to me was broken from 3-4 places... a big cheater EBAY......
