Ebay Shipping rates policy

As per ebay's new shipping rates policy , we cant charge more than Rs 115 from buyers for delivery of products. I want to ask that we are selling heavy books on ebay too that weights around 4 kgs - 7 kgs , how can we deliver the products in Rs 115 in such cases.

Similarly , we are offering Feng shui tumbles pack of 10 kgs , 25 kgs , 50 kgs and 100 kgs.....how can we deliver an pack of 10 - 100 kgs in Rs 115 or ebay wants us to remove such products?

Is this policy justified???

yes i too face this problem. For watches shipping cannot be more than Rs.55. Now this is funny one has to pay Rs.55 for shipping of letters to Mumbai and for Bangalore it is more. How does ebay expect us to ship watches by good courier companies and also absorb insurance charges. If we increase watch price the customer can compare with local market and give negative rightaway. By God's grace it has not happened but once this does happen the whole seller dashboard thing will be spoiled.
