I am seller in ebay and sold rechargable lantern to customer, after some days the customer raise a claim that he ot received the product, when i contact to the courier company, they provided POD that buyer has received the item, so when i called buyer he told he received the product but thought it is not from ebay, well i informed ebay and submitted the pod to ebay, but even though ebay has accepted the refund to buyer, today i called to ebay and told all this as well i told him that i sended POD where buyer has signed, mr vikas has talked with me, with in one hour I got email that they rejected the buyer refund. i am happy, this is not a money issue, issue with confidence.
