Duplicate Game CD

Some sellers on ebay are selling duplicate game cds(written or copied cds)...Is this illegal? Should we buyers encourage or buy these duplicates?PLEASE HELP!

Piracy is not allowed at eBay and the some are selling duplicate copies of games and I know that eBay will soon look out to avoid them. ---------------

It is not illegal because it is a copywright of the original game cd's.After all they are the same games which you buy in original Cd's and the cost is also less.It is very usefull for us to buy  working games with affordable cost.
