Due to issue with powership, as they have given someone else address to pick up the parcel to Fedex, No one from Fedex has come to my office to pick up the parcel till 3 days.

Once buyer have now given low rating :((((( Ebay this is not my fault at all.

Why don't you give them the parcels yourself on time so that they can scan and send it on time till the address related issues are sorted out? :^O

The same thing happened to me also. I marked three items as ready to ship on 23rd June but the Aramex Guys came for pickup on 30th June (last day for shipping).

This is just a problem for the first time. Once the guy comes for pickup, you can tell him the correct address or take his mobile number and call him whenever you have pickup.

You are right. We are now hand over to courier cash counter by ourself !!
