I SENT ONE ORDER ON TIME & IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME TOO.
ITS ALSO SHOWING AS DELIVERED AS PER COURIER WEBSITE TRACKING.
NOW BUYER INITIATED REFUND REQUEST STATING ITEM NOT DELIVERED & EBAY ASKED ME POD COPY.
I CALLED THE COURIER COMPANY AND AFTER SO MUCH EFFORT & TIME I FINALLY GOT THE DRS COPY FOR THIS SHIPMENT.
THEN I FORWARDED THIS DRS COPY TO EBAY.
NOW FOLLOWS THE CLAIM ADJUSTER EMAIL TO ME----

This is with regards to regards to Claim # 1793973 file against your
eBay account by Buyer ID: bais786 for Item # 250882457237 (SIM+CARD
READER/WRITER (ALL IN ONE)).

As discussed with you, Buyer has informed us that he has not received
this Item yet, hence to support you we request you to provide us with
SIGNITURED Copy of Proof of Delivery for this transaction, However you
have sent us the delivery runsheet but in that receiver signiture is not
available neither his/her contact number.

You can send us Copy of Proof of Delivery at
insellerverification@ebay.com . If the necessary documentation is not
received by the eBay Claims Administration, we will be forced to close
this claim. To assist us in quickly processing your claim, please insure
that you reference both my name and the claim number when submitting the
documentation.

We await your details within next 3 days failing to which we will be

See this is the main problem with ebay, for a new 1 month only free coupon buyer ebay is s*rewing a 18 months power seller.

For POD verification, I have this very same question to Paisapay customer care 100 times but they have not given any reply. Does ebay have the buyer signature on record, no they do have it, then on what basis will ebay confirm the sign if buyer will say "not my sign" then what happens. Anyone from his house can sign On the POD copy and take the delivery so what happens in such cases, nothing.

This is just one more way of ebay to harass the seller. Forget the 200/- cost and save your time and your health. let 200/- go to ebay welfare fund on sellers behalf, let them be happy.

BTW this adjuster DEV is the worst one on ebay, he is challenged in all respects possible, you can understand the rest..............
