I sold item on eBay. Buyer raised a claim stating that he received damaged product. I keep on asking buyer to provide pictures for the same but he didn't. eBay settled the claim in the favour of the buyer without even contacting me and never asked buyer to provide any proof. They protected me with seller protection program.
Now when I am seeing my paisapay account two entries are showing "first they are debiting the amount from my account" and in "second entry they are crediting it back again". So if I am understanding it correct it is making the entry zero. So anyone can guide how I received the credit under seller protection ? If both debit credit entries are passed once it is virtually making the amount zero. Entries should be such that after debiting my account once they should have credited my account twice then only I should have received the credit. Please someone clear this confusion what procedure is adopted by eBay.
