Community Court Not working .. -ve feedback Not removed

An overseas buyer gave me a negative feedback on 9th Aug that she didnt received the material .
She had paid only usd 1.65 ( including shipping ) . We shipped her through registered post to her paypal address in USA . package was duly delivered to her and it can be confirmed on www.usps.com .
We lodged complaint of unfair negative feedback and buyer didnt responded . After 25 days community court favours us in this case and it can be seen on my ebaycourt page ( in my cases ) . community court sent me an email but I thought as t &S will remove feedback themselve . i deleted the email .

now three weeks are past but negative feedback is still there and it is not removed .
I sent a mail to ebay customer care through contact us link
I got following mail

Unfortunately we are unable to take action until we hear from Community

case that is opened; they notify eBay of their ruling, usually within 72
hours. Once we receive the ruling we will then notify you of the outcome
and action eBay will take for that case.

Again thank you for your report and we appreciate your patience in this
matter.

I called customer care and they suggested me to send email to community court
There both email address is not working at all

now dont knwo what to do ....
can anybody suggest me what to do in this case ..

Hi try to contact other sellers who have removed their negative feedback successfully using community court and get some ideas from them to remove your negative feedback.

Read the various postings in this forum you can find.I think a seller friend rajelectronics has faced such a problem and he got through it.I think i saw his posting in some forums.Contact him and clear the same from him.

Yes I will
yesterday I contacted Customercare and they say "they cant do anything untill they get mail from community court "
and there is no way anybody can contact community court admin . Their both email address are bouncing so I think there is very low chance that my negative feedback can get removed ,

but SOMETIME MIRACLES happens 🙂

Also, we tested the Community Court admin ids and they seem to be working fine. Will you please email the error message to incswebhelp@ebay.com? It will help us understand the root cause of the issue.
