Can I Sell downloadable Software through EBay?

We have developed a mobile game which we will sell through our ste. We are planning to put a sell ad for the product in EBay and collect payment through EBay. After making payment in Ebay, customer will get a activation code from us and can download the game software from our site using the code.

Is it legai in EBay?

Why don't you copy it in a portable media (CD, DVD, etc.,) and deliver it to your buyer?

eBay prohibits downloadable electronic content inorder to protect the intellectual property rights.

But in that case the extra shipping cost will make the product more costly...is thr any other way out?

I gues, Rs.25 or even less for a shipping cost shouldn't be a problem when compared to the content you provide.
