Hi,
A buyer opened a false claim that item recieved is damaged and it is some other hard disk model.
I called the buyer and over the phone he says that he recieved "An old WD element damaged hard disk" instead of WD Ultra premium HDD.
This is entirely 100% false claim because how it is possible that Hard disk got changed during shipping transit ?
I shipped sealed packed hard disk myself.
This was first time that some buyer made such claim against me and being not so old seller I searched on google and found this discussion board where many other sellers are looted by buyers.
I am worried that I might lose the money as every other person on this forum says that claim went in buyer side.
The buyer is with 0 reputation and opened a claim without even contacting me once so I am having strong feeling that buyer is trying to scam me.
Any help from experianced seller what should I do ?
