Feedback left- "didnt receive shipment"
Payment was done on 11th May, Item was dispatched on 12th May, and today morning i.e. 15th morning Buyer has posted a neutral. also I have lost my DSR's. Are we expected to deliver within 2 days. That too to interior in Andhra where their is no airport.
Who is to blame for this? I had already updated the buyer while providing shipping details that your parcel will reach you till 18th May.
This shows how eBay is efficient in educating buyers about their great feedback system and DSR thing. buyers have started thinking feedbacks as a catalyst for their queries and problems.
eBay please do something about this lest even sellers start loosing faith on feedbacks.
