Buyer Gave Negative after I gave him Unpaid strike

I received a negative feedback from Buyer for which he didnt paid and I gave him unpaid strike

Ebay customer care advice me to sort out the matter with buyer .it is 100 % sure he will not remove negative
so what to do now

Tell ebay customer service that the person did not pay, received the UPI strike & as a revenge against you & ebay gave the negative rating. Also the negative rating is destroying your business, so please help remove the UNWARRANTED negative rating and set right the gross injustice meted out to you.
