We are Sellers (Member) since January 2004, this is a weird case where a buyer is claiming DD couriered thru DTDC but we have not received till date,we asked for waybill details the reply came he will give it to us very soon.
We have filed for FVF,he claims why was he not informed before we filed for it.
Buyer files for dispute claiming item not received.
Next we reply to his dispute the same saying give us waybill details, Buyer closes his filed dispute saying Seller and buyer resolved mutually which actually we have not.
Seller dispute is still pending by us.
Please suggest what has to be done to get the FVF back would we loose FVF since buyer has closed his dispute or ??
Kindly advice to us.
