I sold an item on 1st July and marked as ready to ship withing 2 hours after I recieved the payment. Now its 4th July and on information regarding the pickup of my parcel from the prefered logistic partner bluedart. For availing the fast shipping benefits I reached our nearest bluedart office with my parcel and ask them to pickup my product on 1st July. They said that it is not possible for them to pickup my item becaues they didnt get any notifications. I called ebay customer service twice and they replied that my complaint given to logistics department and the courier company will pick up my product with in 24 Hours. No information till now. Really bad experience with blue dart.
