Bluedart Entering Exaggerated Weight in Ebay Consignment, any experience and how can we stop it..?

Dear Team,
We have been noticed that Bluedart Entering Exaggerated Weight Rather than Actual weight in the pretext of  volumetric calculations

Following are the details


1) PaisaPay ID 35302942747 AWB:69046819380, actual weight is 420gms, but bluedart added as 1000.0 grams.

2) PaisaPay ID 35299615947 AWB:69046798063, Actual weight is 470 Gms,but bluedart added as 1000.0 grams.

3) PaisaPay ID 35296366708 AWB:69046797960,Actual weight is 4900 Gms, but bluedart added as 11000.0 grams

4)PaisaPay ID 35296366708 AWB:69046797934:Actual weight is 470 Gms, but bluedart added as 1000.0 grams
5)PaisaPay ID 35347728980 AWB Number :50253164205 Actual weight is 4860 Gms,but bluedart added as 5500 grams
Please do the need full as soon as possible.

Consider it as serious issue since after lot of followup with bluedart team they are repeating the  same practice.
