Dear friends, I need to know how do i complain a buyer to whom i sent parcel in remote area of chille
by tnt couriers paying 2800 Rs shipping cost
the buyer at the time of delivery refused to pay custom duty
opened dispute in paypal
esclated dispute in paypal for refund
told tnt to return the parcel back in india to sender
telling them all returns will be paid by sender
my listings clearly says custom duty is buyers responsibility
how do now i get the items delivered to this buyer ?
how do i complain this buyer to ebay and paypal now that is spoiled my shipping cost and refused to pay duty at the time of parcel delivery
the parcel has items worth 18000 Rs.
