We last week has faced a problem from bluedart, New Delhi
We (I personally ) has packed two very high value mobile device and given to bluedart guy with receiving.
Case1 : Even after 3 days of shipment given the product was still shows( Ready to ship) , when enquired / repeated follow with bluedart , thay say the product has been misplaced to us.
Case2: The packet received by client had sealed ebay poly bag and mobile box inside was sealed open with no mobile device inside the box.
I have personally send the product , so i know i have sent genuine product. But how prevent such issues and make sure such things dont happen again.
