Anyone in ebay can loot sellers

THis is the claim about a Iphone 6s 16gb Space gray phone. I have send the phone to buyer and the buyer also confirmed the receipt of item in mail and via sms and then only I have provided the passcode and icloud details. After few days he states that the phone is of white colour and I am damn sure after providing the passcode the colour did not changed.

I have mailed ebay with all valid proofs and the conversation for confirmation of item receipt. Still Ebay with no valid proofs have asked the buyer to return the phone and I am damn sure what I will get. This is how ebay works. 

SHAME ON YOU EBAY.

The best way would be talk to buyer before ship the product. atleast do a little research on him so that in case you find anything problematic, you can cancel the transcation. I know this sounds wierd , but atleast when we do high value transcation small seller like us would prefer to save penny rather than loosing.
