This is a kind request to ebay/paisapay to introduce a "Transaction Cancel" facility for sellers and buyers.
At present sellers have the facility to make a refund and/or cancel transaction of the buyer but this does not serve its purpose because when we refund/cancel it looks like the seller is at fault and there is no confirmation from the buyer for the same. The reason why the transaction was canceled is not displayed on the page later.
The new facility should have buyer interaction too in the refund/cancel process. In the sense like when the deal is canceled or refund done, the buyer should also agree for the same reason and our FVF should not get deducted for that cancellation.
Conversely the buyer should also have the facility to initiate a "cancel transaction" thing so that the seller is not held responsible and will not have to justify to billing dept to return the FVF.
Hope someone form ebay finds my suggestion sensible enough to introduce this facility.
