28 December 2013 had occurred technical fault in eBay website.similar to other sellers from whole India, my 30 auctions closed at loss,because buyers were not able to bid due to technical fault of eBay website.Many of the bidders has contacted me through eBay message which I forwarded to eBay email.I have contacted eBay support regarding this issue and demand to compensate losses which are occured due to technical errors of eBay website,but selling team head has categorically denied to compensate by saying that eBay do not take responsibilty for their website functionality,which is totaly unfair.therefore it should be think seriuosly for sellers who wants to do busness on eBay to have risk of losses at their own because eBay do not protect you from technical errors.
