ebay restricted my account wrongly

Dear, Ebay & EGS team

My Ebay Account is Restricted due to INR case open.

what was actually happen i explain it.

please read it.

i have trusted EGS and shipped all my item on time via EGS in Shypmax.
but due to EGS and shypmax problem they hold my shipment.

i have give refund to so many buyers also.

and the shipment was very delayed by shypmax and EGS.

 my item was deliver very late..

what is the fault of mine.

so, customer is open the item not received case.
there are no any fault of my.

i have tried so many time to contact daily shypmax and EGS regard this item not deliver issue.

and also raise dispute on EGS.

but there are no proper response.

i have also talked with ebay team daily via help. they eaby agent told that your account is not effect any with this. but why this happen my account is restricted.

there are all the proof of dispute ids and all things are available with me. attachment is given below.

there are no any fault of mine.

but ebay is now Restricted my account.

so, Please help me to reinstate my ebay account.
