We deals in the healthcare & pharmaceutical products. currently operating in India kolkata. We believe that you are aware that to sell out the healthcare & pharmaceuticals products, govt of india provides drug license which gives you the authority to sell out any healthcare & pharmaceutical products whether in the capacity of retailer, wholeseller or distributors etc. under the Drug & cosmetic Act. Here we want to sell pharmaceuticals & healthcare products globally on ebay as a wholeseller or retailer which manufactured by other big brands such as Sun Pharma, Ranbaxy, Torrent Pharma etc. We have questions which mentioned hereunder:
1. first of all as a whole seller we can not get the brand authorisation from big companies like sun pharma , torroent, emcure, ranbaxy glenmark etc while our drug license permits to sell any products manufactured by those companies and doesn't require any brand authorization.
2. If the products being manufactured in india it must have MRP in Indian Rupees then how we can sell it globally becuase as per our understanding we can not change the MRP as we are doing in India.
therefore, we request someone who have a knowledge about pharmaceutical or healthcare products selling on ebay , kindly guide us. Because it's very much sure that all the mentioned big companies never gives us brand authorization because we do not have so much financial capabilities to deal with them. Such as if we want brand authorisation for candid powder from Glenmark Pharmaceutical, definitely they'll deals in a bulk and we are not capable to do it.
Kindly suggest the way to sell globally these items on ebay.
