My name is Krishna, I would like to bring to your kind attention/notice of non-receipt of my refund. I have filed for refund on 14th February 2016 and the same has been approved on 23rdFebruary 2016, detail are mentioned below. In this regard I am unable to get status of my refund, this status remains same with your customer care also. I might have called customer care more than 15 time for an update, but all time I use to get same answer as “We do not have any update on your status, we will forward your request to concern team” . Being a frequent customer with E-Bay, I have never faced this issue. But, now I am getting second thought to suggest E-Bay to my friends.
In this regard, It would be great if you consider this issue on urgent basis and resolve it at the earliest.
