I purchased ebay item on11/03/2016 at 05:01 PM with transaction number MEDR/Billdesk-Eco/972475 amounting 199.75 but the order is not confirmed despite of the amount is debited from my bank account. I contacted ebay customer care and they assured me that the same is recorded and will be resolved but are not able to provide neither any reference number for the same nor I received any confirmation mail from their side.
The ebay customer care is really worthless and I had tried to chat with them several times but all chats are disconnected without any notice or resolution.
My best advise to all is better not to deal with ebay as they will loot your money in different ways.
