* Item number: 5218389787 This item has been paid through PaisaPay (PaisaPay ID 82013843). Payment was sent on 14-Jul-2005. this messege is from your side. is this my mistake. there is nothing word pending. its a iomega pen drive still i have sent pen drive after two days.

* Item number: 8712527983 This item has been paid through PaisaPay (PaisaPay ID 14542705193). Payment was sent on 23-Oct-2005. this messege is from your side again there is nothing word pending. its a 10 gb second hand hard disk still i have sent pen drive after 4 days.

but there is no message or mail from your side. clear the matter otherwise i will take this matter to cyber crime cell. i am very serious. now ebay india must accountable to govenment of india.

I think, paisapay should take all precautions while accepting payment by credit cards. Verify buyer's identity etc. whatever is within their means. Then post money to seller's account which should be irreversible under any circumstances for chargeback, if the seller produces all proofs like shipping and POD. Then send this money to seller within their normal cycle.
Only any kind of lack of service/product should be liable to be investigated for and if found true, consequently chargeback the seller.
