paisapay cheated me

I have selled my micromax canvas a100 DEAD PHONE on ebay. As i am a new user. I entered docket number of courier as it is , courier company has'nt told me to add 3 letter of city in ahead of docket number. So it was not got tracked and ebay asked me for p.o.d. Now courier company (professional courier) says its not mendatory u wl get the p.o.d. We can provide d.r.s copy. I talked to c.c. They said d.r.s. Copy is also valid. So i sent d.r.s copy and paisapay rejected it. My question is hence c.c. Told me for d.r.s copy as a valid proof then why paisapay rejected it ? Now they going to refund to buyier. ;-( please give me a solution or i will loose my money.

ebay today accepted d.r.s copy as a valid p.o.d. Thanks ebay. Now i will sell on ebay. Ebay should explain why this happend. 🙂

same thing happen with me for paisa pay id 36484241766 the money is refunded to buyer 😞 and ebay is just making unneceesary excuses

Today i ordered sandisk pen drive 16 gb @Rs.79/- special offer. after my payment made through credit card. Till know i did not get any message. Wether it is approved or not. So i kindly request to the ebay customercare department. Pls give me the right information, regarding my goods....
