If you are not satisfied and happy with the item which you have received or if the item which you have received is not the one which you have paid for, then you can contact the eBay's CC @ 18002093229 between 9.30 Am- 7.30 Pm. They will help you in resolving your problem.

You can also open a eBay guarantee claim if you think that you have received different item. But for that, the date of purchase should not be more that 30 days for raising the claim.
