faulty mobile

I have purchased asus Zenphone from your website and after got delivery of my mobile  I found the product is faulty and I raised complaint on 26/08/2015 and after that I have continuously follow up with your customer care executive and the supervisor as well. I have spoke with supervisors,  all have assure me that they will escalated this issue to CET team and after struggling a lot yesterday i.e, on 09/09/2015 they sent me a email stating that "after investigating the claim we are rejecting your eBay Guarantee" as the mobile  having 1 year Manufacture warranty. 
 
Soon after that I have visited asus a service center with is around 8 km from my place and service center refuse to give me service as I have purchase it from online and even they refuse to give DOA letter as its more then 7 days. Then after that Today morning I have tried calling seller because at the end the faulty mobile was deliver by Him. i have contacted MD. Rafiq on 9884601006 but the mobile no. is switch off.
 
So its your fault because I have raised complaint within 2 days of delivery and you have rejected the complaint after 15 days, So it will take 15 days for the CET to investigated and revert me back.
 
as per your ebay guarantee you should provide resolution to customer within 20 days and I never expected this type of response from your end, where you suddenly inform us that the ""after investigating the claim we are rejecting your eBay Guarantee""" 
 
Si I want resolution from e bay a I have take this mobile from you .
