I had received 3 items, 2 damaged and one different product.
I had been using Guarantee Claim and been a customer for more than 5 years.
But after uploading images of the product, providing comments and selecting desired option i hit "submit".
The next landing page SHOULD generate a claim no., an SMS and an Email.
However, I had been trying for the past 4 days but the claim id is not generating...no SMS...na Email.
Even eBay customer is also not helping...be it "telephone","email" or "chat".
I am afraid that my claim would become time barred and this is just another dirty trick to suck money from customers.
Assistance required....ANYONE Please??
