customer care team(mr alam) asked me to send the product to the seller by bluedart courier and told me the bill you will get by coupon .after sending the awt bill they are asking cash receipt. Somehow i able to collect the same from their head office and send the receipt. now they are asking more things.
it is known by me that they are intensationally harassed me.i do know their intensation. but every steps i have taken after concerning customer care team.
now in mail they are not responding. in phone after discussion my problem their senior member promised me to get back with in two days(call date 20/2/14,duration 34.06 min,time2.43pm).still now no response from his side also.
please give me suggestion.
